We are excited to announce that Intelligentia d.o.o. has been awarded funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU for the development of Private Speech Q&A, an innovative AI solution that brings enterprise-grade speech processing capabilities while maintaining complete data privacy.

Project Summary

The Private Speech Q&A project develops an innovative AI tool for private and efficient audio recording processing. This comprehensive solution includes advanced speech-to-text conversion and intelligent answer generation to user questions, all while ensuring complete data privacy and security.

Our solution significantly reduces operational costs while increasing both the speed and accuracy of audio processing. The target market encompasses diverse sectors including:

Purpose and Goals

The purpose of this project is to develop a fully private, scalable, and efficient speech processing system that leverages advanced AI technologies to increase accuracy, speed, and security of data processing. This provides organizations with a significant technological advantage in protecting sensitive information.

Our goal is to enable organizations greater independence and control over their own data, while optimizing costs and improving the efficiency of processing and analyzing speech data.

Through the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies and cloud infrastructure, the developed solution represents a significant step forward towards safer and more economical AI services, fully compliant with the highest standards of privacy and security protection.

Project Activities and Results

A1. Development of Solution Prototype in Laboratory Environment

Result: Development of an advanced AI model for speech recognition, creation of a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) processing chain, and preparation of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solution for seamless cloud implementation.

A2. Testing and Demonstration of Technical Feasibility

Result: Successful implementation of the solution on AWS infrastructure and comprehensive testing of speech recognition models and RAG processing chain, validating the technical viability of the approach.

A3. Innovation Cycle Management

Result: Creation of a detailed plan for further development and commercialization of the innovation, ensuring sustainable growth and market adoption.

A4. Preparation of Documents for Innovation Commercialization

Result: Comprehensive market analysis, development of commercialization strategy, and submission of trademark protection application to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

A5. Administrative Project Management

Result: Creation of detailed project reports and publication of initial and final articles about the project to increase visibility and share knowledge with the broader community.
