Tellofy approached privatesynapse.ai with the goal of enhancing customer support efficiency on websites utilizing Tellofy's technology. With the advent of solutions like ChatGPT, users have grown accustomed to instant access to information that previously required extensive searching. Today's customers expect seamless, conversational experiences across the web. They no longer wish to sift through multiple pages to find answers, and website owners are equally eager to reduce repetitive responses to common inquiries.

To address these evolving expectations, Tellofy engaged privatesynapse.ai to develop an AI system capable of indexing website content and internal knowledge bases, enabling direct, intelligent responses to customer questions via a chat interface.

The project was executed in several phases. We began by building a locally deployed proof of concept to validate performance and feasibility. Following a successful prototype, we deployed the solution on AWS, integrating it with a demonstration website powered by Streamlit. Key AWS services utilized included EC2, S3, Lambda, Bedrock, CodePipeline, and Application Load Balancer (ALB). After testing and refinement, the solution's API backend was integrated into the central Tellofy dashboard, empowering clients to configure and customize the chatbot experience for their own websites.
